Har khwaish ek udaan hai, tum usme
behna seekhlo…
Dur samundar hai to kya, Tum doob
jaana seekhlo.
Dekhlo taraane se us noor ko, Jo tumme
aane ko majboor ho…
Us noor ki majboori me hi wo ehsaas
chupa hai, Jaise samundar ki lehro me
sailab utha hai.
Chale jaao us safar pe, jo tumhe
pukarta hai…
Jo tumne chuna hai, wahi to tumhe bhi
chunta hai.
Ye safar hai tumhara, kisi gair ka
nahi…
Manzil mile na mile, har waqt hai
sahi.
Laanglo us deewar ko, jo tumhe rokta
hai…
Har ek safar hi to tumhe seechta hai.
Paana hi nahi hota har manzil ka
naam…
Behna hi to hai har musafir ka kaam.
Paana ho ya khona, wo sirf hai ek
naam…
Tumhe rok paana, tumhare alawa kisi
aur ka naa hai kaam.
Ye safar hai hi aisa, jo sikhaaye ek
hi alfaaz…
Behte jaao, behte jaao, bus behte
jaao, kuch aur nahi hai koi aghaaz.
